In being pliable, we surrender to being molded and shaped into Jesus’ image. At times we will find that we are perplexed, we will feel pain, sense heavy darkness and discomfort, yet, what if we allowed the Lord to use all of these while we walked out our faith?
Our platforms won’t always be the pulpit, or on a stage, or shuffling the isles at church. At times we will be used in and on the field with the harshest conditions and at times without the comforts of a believing companion, but the Lord will be glorified in the work!
Will we allow ourselves to become pliable as God uses our pain and discomforts to draw others to Christ? Does this even matter to us as believers?
I pray the Lord helps us become pliable. I pray He gives us a new heart to receive every wonderful thing He wants to do in the molding and shaping of our faith and service. I pray courage to want to be transformed and changed in such a way for His glory and to give a great testimony of it as well.
Giving our hearts to Christ is a big deal, and choosing to follow Him and change is another hurdle most don’t even remain the course for. Nowadays, everyone is Christian, but not everyone is following Christ nor have they vouched for the bending of His Will!
